UV-based

UV curing is considered to be eco-friendly and useful because it has advantages that it can prevent air pollution due to rapid curing and non-use or reduction of solvent, prevention of energy loss and simplification of manufacturing process. UV curing adhesives are polymerized by UV radiation with monomer and functional oligomer added by photo initiator. UV curing can be applied to various fields such as electricity, electronics, automobile, sunlight and construction because it has good viscoelasticity and reliability of adhesives and it can produce more polymer than adhesives based on solution polymerization. in addition, UV curing adhesives show excellent adhesion on adherents with high surface energy and can be used on plastics such as PC and ABS according to adhesives' design.
